What is the weirdest food combination you've tasted?
Poached eggs with potatoes, preserved lemon waffles, goats cheese, beetroot-cured salmon, beetroot puree OR Candied grasshopper

How do you think food has shaped your view of the world?
It has made me want to travel more, but solely for the sake of eating. I don't really care about sightseeing or anything else, as long as I get to eat all that I planned to.

If the world were to end tomorrow, what would your last meal be?
Sushi omakase

Would you say you eat to live, or live to eat?
Eat to live, for sure!

What is your biggest (food) vice?
Sushi / steak

What is a dish that's grossly underrated?
Scones, French butter, and Devonshire cream

What is a dish that's grossly overrated?
Caviar, or anything with gold flakes
